Ambassadors Scheme

The Ambassadors Scheme is an exciting new initiative open to secondary school students in S5 and S6. Our LUNA Ambassadors will play a big role in our mission – helping us to spread our message to communities all across Scotland.

Through our training programme, the Ambassadors will be encouraged to reflect on the unique challenges that disabilities and chronic illnesses pose to children and young people, and will learn how to become the best allies they can be.

We want to equip our Ambassadors with the knowledge to confidently advocate for young people with disabilities and chronic illnesses, and to educate their peers on these issues. With the help of our LUNA Ambassadors, we will make our school communities more Disability Positive.

The scheme is currently under development – check back for updates on when it’s finished!
